Because prompt packs, kits and downloads are delivered instantly, they are generally non-refundable once accessed — except where required by law or as below.

14-day guarantee

If a paid one-time product doesn't work as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll make it right or refund it.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued through Gumroad, our merchant of record, back to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank/provider.
