Acceptance

By using Harby.dev and Orah Studio you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials — including any AI provider keys added under the Enterprise own-key option — secure. You must be able to form a binding contract to purchase.

Purchases & billing

Paid digital products are sold and delivered through Gumroad, Inc. (gumroad.com), which acts as the merchant of record: it processes payment, handles delivery, and collects and remits applicable taxes. This site does not process card payments. Services are quoted and invoiced separately.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no illegal use, no attempts to break security or rate limits, no reselling access. AI output is provided as-is — review code before running it against real systems.

Intellectual property

Guides and site content are owned by Harby.dev. Purchased packs are licensed to you for your own use, not redistribution.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided 'as is' without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harby.dev is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Harby.dev is independent and not affiliated with Oracle Corporation.
