Generate an Oracle Forms modernization blueprint
Turn the reverse-engineered inventory into an AI-built blueprint that maps every Forms object to its APEX equivalent — with a risk score.

With the inventory from the previous guide, the next step is a blueprint: for each Forms object, the equivalent APEX component, what has no direct equivalent, and the migration risk. This is the highest-value artifact for planning a Forms→APEX project.
Map objects to APEX
Ask the agent to propose APEX equivalents and flag gaps.
› For each Forms object in this inventory, propose the equivalent Oracle APEX 26.1 component, note anything with no direct equivalent, and rank migration risk (low/med/high) with a one-line mitigation.
Read the risk map
- Low — data blocks → interactive reports/forms, simple LOVs.
- Medium — complex triggers, multi-block coordination, custom item-level logic.
- High — Forms-specific UI patterns, Pro*C/OCI calls, heavy WHEN-VALIDATE chains.
💡 Migrate by risk, not by screen
Sequence the project so low-risk modules ship first and build confidence before tackling the high-risk ones.
